What the situation was
A real estate agency in Riga and the Riga region needed a modern website matching its brand and one workspace for its agents. It was important that every enquiry reaches the right agent, including when a client comes from a specific agent's ad.
What we did
We built a new public website from the ĒMK brand book in Latvian, English and Russian with a listings catalogue, listing pages, viewing requests and team pages. Behind it runs a CRM with listings, clients, deals and documents. Each agent has their own link for ads, and enquiries from it go straight to that agent. The CRM has a built-in email system with company mailboxes and push notifications. All accounts and infrastructure are registered in the client's name.
