A business system that works the way you work
Clients, orders, production, warehouse, schedules and invoices in one place. We build the system around your process instead of making your company adapt to ready-made software.
When Excel, email and memory can no longer keep up
Most companies start with Excel spreadsheets, emails and notes. It works while there are few clients. Then the data is in five places, nobody is sure which file is the right version, and important information lives only in one employee's head.
Off-the-shelf CRM software solves this only partly. It is built for an average company, so you end up changing the way you work because of the software, paying for features you do not use and still doing part of the work in Excel.
We go the other way. First we understand how your company works, then we build a system for exactly that process. No unnecessary features, with your terminology and the integrations you actually need.
What we build
Clients and deals
Client cards with history, contacts, documents and notes. Deal stages the whole team can see.
Orders and bookings
Enquiries from the website, email and phone land in one place. Time slots, availability and statuses without double entry.
Production and warehouse
Production plan, stock levels, material costing and a daily summary that prepares itself.
Invoices and documents
Quotes, invoices, contracts and certificates are generated from system data as PDFs with your company details and brand.
Calendar and reminders
Google Calendar sync, automatic reminders for clients and employees, deadline control.
Roles and access
Each employee sees only what they need. The manager sees everything, including reports and change history.
Why a custom system instead of an off-the-shelf CRM
- The system fits your process, so employees do not have to learn a new way of working.
- You pay for development, not a monthly licence for every user.
- Infrastructure (servers, database, code) can be registered in your company's name, and the data stays yours.
- The system runs in the browser and on the phone, with nothing to install.
- We start with one process and expand in stages once you see the benefit.
- We can add AI: document recognition, quote preparation or an assistant that answers questions about your data.

How long does it take to build a system?
It depends on the scope. An order and production system for a bakery was delivered in 14 days. Larger systems are built in stages, and each stage is delivered and used before we start the next one.
Can we move our data from Excel?
Yes. We import existing clients, products and history from Excel or CSV files, so you do not have to start from scratch.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do. If agreed, we register the infrastructure accounts (database, hosting, code) in your company's name, and we work as developers with access.
Can the system connect to other software?
Yes, if that software has an API or export options. The most common integrations are Google Calendar, email, payments, accounting exports and website forms.
How does payment work?
Once the technical specification is agreed, you pay in stages. Each stage is handed over with an acceptance certificate.
Is there funding to cover the costs?
Part of the cost can be covered by support programmes, such as LIAA innovation vouchers and digitalisation grants in Latvia. We help you understand what fits your case.
