A platform for a real estate agency: a public website in three languages and a CRM with deals, documents, invoices and viewings.
What the situation was
The real estate agency needed one platform with both a public website with listings and an internal workspace for agents: deals, client documents, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, invoices and viewing schedules. A deal must not be allowed to move forward until the mandatory checks are complete.
What we did
We developed a platform with a public website in Latvian, English and Russian and a CRM in which a deal moves through stages with mandatory "gates": without an AML check or proof of payment the next stage does not open. Documents are stored on the company's server in Riga, viewings sync with Google Calendar, and the CRM has a built-in user guide and training module for agents. All accounts and infrastructure are registered in the client's name.
