The website content is for information only and is not a binding offer. The scope, price and timeline of services are agreed in a written offer and contract.
3. Publishing app
- "AI-Lab Space Publisher" is a desktop tool of SIA "AI Lab Space" for preparing and publishing company content to connected social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X).
- An account is connected by the account owner or a person authorised by them, through the platform's official sign-in screen. By connecting an account, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.
- The app never publishes anything without human approval. The person who approves a post is responsible for its content and rights (video, text, music).
- Published content is subject to the terms and community guidelines of the respective platform, for example the TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) and the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). We are not affiliated with these platforms, and they do not endorse or sponsor the app.
- AI-generated or substantially AI-edited content is labelled in line with platform requirements.
- You can disconnect an account at any time in the app or in the platform's settings. How data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy (ai-labspace.eu/en/privacy).
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo, graphics and code of the website and the app belong to SIA "AI Lab Space" or are used with the right holders' permission. Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Client project names and trademarks belong to their owners. TikTok, YouTube and Google are trademarks of their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or the app for unlawful purposes, to breach platform rules, to publish spam or misleading content, to attempt unauthorised access to systems, to disrupt the website, or to scrape content at scale by automated means.
6. Limitation of liability
We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website or the app. We are not liable for outages of third-party platforms, changes to their APIs, or platform decisions about published content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.
7. External links
The website and the app may contain links to third-party websites. The operators of those websites are responsible for their content and privacy practices.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are settled by negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, by the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
