Hands-on AI training for employees and managers: from 4-hour masterclasses to a 20-day programme.
What the situation was
Companies and institutions know AI can save time, but employees do not know where to start or how to use it safely in their daily work. General lectures about AI do not help with that.
What we did
Before training we survey participants and adapt the programme to their level and work tasks. Theory takes 10-20% of the time, the rest is step-by-step practical work: ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude in daily work, presentations with Gamma, AI avatar videos, forms and AI agents.
